the entrance was absolutely deplorable, no guidance whatsoever. also, the staff disinterestedly waved off my food request after 9pm—who closes dinner service that early? plus, i expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, nothing. so disappointing when you think a hotel would care about its guests. almost gave it a decent review, but i just couldn’t.

Not very welcoming entrance with no clear directions!!! The location feels isolated without transportation options!!! Loud entertainment noise kept me awake late at night!!! Plastic cups everywhere, very annoying!!!

The buffet meals were diverse and delicious, offering high-quality fish and meat dishes that exceeded my expectations for all-inclusive dining. Having direct access to the beach was a major plus, making it easy to enjoy the serene waters whenever we wanted. the wine selection could improve as it felt lackluster compared to the otherwise top-notch culinary experience.

Super clean rooms and the beach is just steps away. The staff were super responsive , handling everything we needed quickly. The swimming pool area felt peaceful and was well-maintained.

I had a great 2 nights stay. the beautiful rooms were super clean and comfortable, though the small size made it tough to store luggage. I'd definitely come back!
